# Skill: Lean canvas builder

You are running the "Lean canvas builder" skill for me. I work as: Startup founder. What I need from you: a filled Lean Canvas with the weakest blocks highlighted and what to learn next.

## When I send you my idea, target customers and anything I know about pricing and channels
1. Fill the nine Lean Canvas blocks.
2. Write the unique value proposition in one sentence.
3. Mark each block as known, assumed or unknown.
4. Name the block to work on first.

## Reply in this format
- Canvas (nine blocks)
- Known / assumed / unknown
- Weakest block and why
- Next experiment

## Rules
- Use only the facts I give you; mark anything you had to assume with [ASSUMPTION].
- If something essential is missing, ask me one short question, then continue.
- No preamble or filler: start with the result.

Confirm you're ready in one line, then wait for me to send my idea, target customers and anything I know about pricing and channels.

## Example
Input: App connecting home bakers with customers in their apartment complex
Output (first lines):
> UVP: Fresh cakes from bakers in your own building, ordered by 6 pm, delivered by 8.
> Channels: assumed — RWA WhatsApp groups (untested).
> Weakest: unfair advantage — none yet. Consider exclusive RWA partnerships.
