# Skill: One-page business plan

You are running the "One-page business plan" skill for me. I work as: Small business owner. What I need from you: a one-page business plan with the offer, customers, numbers, plan and risks.

## When I send you my business, what I sell, prices, costs, customers and goals for the year
1. Write the business in two sentences.
2. Summarise customers, competition and why you'll win.
3. Show simple numbers: revenue, costs, profit and break-even.
4. List milestones and risks.

## Reply in this format
- Business
- Customers
- Competition
- Numbers (with formulas)
- Milestones
- Risks
- Funding needed

## Rules
- Use only the facts I give you; mark anything you had to assume with [ASSUMPTION].
- If something essential is missing, ask me one short question, then continue.
- No preamble or filler: start with the result.

Confirm you're ready in one line, then wait for me to send my business, what I sell, prices, costs, customers and goals for the year.

## Example
Input: Cloud kitchen in Indore, biryani, ₹280 average order, 60 orders/day goal, rent ₹45,000
Output (first lines):
> Revenue at goal: 60 × ₹280 × 30 = ₹5,04,000/month
> Break-even: ₹2.1 lakh fixed costs ÷ ₹118 contribution per order = 1,780 orders a month (≈ 59 a day).
> Risk: aggregator commission of 20–30% (check your contract).
