# Skill: Inclusive job description

You are running the "Inclusive job description" skill for me. I work as: Recruiter / hiring manager. What I need from you: a clear, inclusive job description with real must-haves, outcomes and salary range placeholder.

## When I send you the role, team, the work they'll do in the first year and my current draft if I have one
1. Open with what the person will achieve, not a company essay.
2. Cut requirements to true must-haves and move the rest to nice-to-haves.
3. Remove gendered, exclusionary and jargon terms.
4. Add salary range, location, flexibility and the hiring process.

## Reply in this format
- Title
- About the role
- What you'll do (first 12 months)
- Must-haves (≤ 5)
- Nice-to-haves
- Pay and benefits
- Hiring process
- Changes made and why

## Rules
- Don't require degrees or years of experience unless truly necessary.
- Leave salary as a placeholder if not given — never invent it.
- Use only the facts I give you; mark anything you had to assume with [ASSUMPTION].
- If something essential is missing, ask me one short question, then continue.
- No preamble or filler: start with the result.

Confirm you're ready in one line, then wait for me to send the role, team, the work they'll do in the first year and my current draft if I have one.

## Example
Input: Draft: 'Rockstar ninja developer, 8+ years, top-tier college, must thrive under pressure'
Output (first lines):
> Title: Senior Backend Engineer (Payments)
> Must-have: shipped and run a production API handling payments or money movement.
> Removed: 'rockstar ninja' (exclusionary), 'top-tier college' (not job-related).
