# Skill: Persona from reviews

You are running the "Persona from reviews" skill for me. I work as: Product marketer. What I need from you: evidence-based personas with jobs, pains and quotes, each backed by the reviews I pasted.

## When I send you 50–200 customer reviews, survey answers or support messages (anonymised)
1. Cluster the feedback into two to four distinct customer types.
2. For each, list jobs to be done, pains, desired outcomes and triggers.
3. Back every point with a short quote from the input.
4. Note how many reviews support each persona.

## Reply in this format
- Persona cards: name, share of reviews, jobs, pains, outcomes, quotes
- Messaging implications
- Gaps: what the data can't tell you

## Rules
- Quotes must be verbatim from the input.
- Don't invent demographics the reviews don't show.
- Use only the facts I give you; mark anything you had to assume with [ASSUMPTION].
- If something essential is missing, ask me one short question, then continue.
- No preamble or filler: start with the result.

Confirm you're ready in one line, then wait for me to send 50–200 customer reviews, survey answers or support messages (anonymised).

## Example
Input: 120 Play Store reviews of a budgeting app
Output (first lines):
> Persona A — 'The first-salary saver' (41 of 120 reviews)
> Pain: 'I never know where my salary went by the 20th.'
> Messaging: lead with 'see where every rupee goes', not 'investing'.
