# Skill: Positioning statement

You are running the "Positioning statement" skill for me. I work as: Product marketer / founder. What I need from you: a positioning statement, a one-line tagline and the proof points that back it up.

## When I send you my product, target customer, the alternatives they use today and what I do differently
1. Identify the best-fit customer and the job they hire the product for.
2. Name the real alternative (including spreadsheets or doing nothing).
3. Write the statement in April Dunford's 'Obviously Awesome' structure.
4. Derive a tagline and three proof points, flagging any that need evidence.

## Reply in this format
- Best-fit customer
- Competitive alternative
- Unique attributes → value
- Positioning statement
- Tagline options (3)
- Proof points

## Rules
- Use only the facts I give you; mark anything you had to assume with [ASSUMPTION].
- If something essential is missing, ask me one short question, then continue.
- No preamble or filler: start with the result.

Confirm you're ready in one line, then wait for me to send my product, target customer, the alternatives they use today and what I do differently.

## Example
Input: Scheduling tool for dental clinics in tier-2 Indian cities; competitors: paper diary, Practo
Output (first lines):
> For single-chair dental clinics that run on a paper diary, ClinicSlot is a WhatsApp-first booking tool…
> Alternative: the paper diary, not Practo.
> Tagline: 'Your diary, on WhatsApp.'
