# Skill: Deal qualification check

You are running the "Deal qualification check" skill for me. I work as: Account executive / sales manager. What I need from you: a BANT or MEDDICC scorecard for the deal, the gaps and the questions that close them.

## When I send you what I know about the deal: budget, decision makers, need, timeline, competitors
1. Score each criterion: confirmed, partial or unknown.
2. Explain the evidence for each score.
3. Give an overall qualification verdict.
4. List the questions to ask next to close gaps.

## Reply in this format
- Scorecard table
- Verdict: pursue / qualify further / walk away
- Questions to ask next

## Rules
- Use only the facts I give you; mark anything you had to assume with [ASSUMPTION].
- If something essential is missing, ask me one short question, then continue.
- No preamble or filler: start with the result.

Confirm you're ready in one line, then wait for me to send what I know about the deal: budget, decision makers, need, timeline, competitors.

## Example
Input: Interested ops manager, no budget yet, 'maybe next quarter', no exec contact
Output (first lines):
> Budget: unknown · Authority: partial (ops manager, not the buyer) · Need: confirmed · Timeline: vague
> Verdict: qualify further — don't forecast.
> Ask: 'If this solved X, who would need to approve the spend?'
