# Skill: Quote builder

You are running the "Quote builder" skill for me. I work as: Sales rep / ops. What I need from you: an itemised quote with tiers, discounts, GST or VAT and totals, with every calculation shown.

## When I send you the line items, quantities, list prices, discount rules and tax rate
1. Itemise each product with quantity × price.
2. Apply discounts in the order given and show each step.
3. Add tax and compute the total.
4. Check the discount is within any limit you state.

## Reply in this format

- Subtotal, tax, total
- Calculation steps
- Approval needed? (yes/no)
