Pricing questions

How much does a UX audit cost?

Prices are set by country. A behavioral UX audit from Science of Apps costs ₹85,000 in India and $2,900 in the US for a single product flow or onboarding, ₹1,95,000 in India and $6,650 in the US for full product flows plus a funnel audit, and from ₹4,50,000 in India and $15,350 in the US for multi-product or platform-wide work.

How long does a behavioral UX audit take?

Most audits take 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff to the findings session. Starter projects are usually at the shorter end; Enterprise projects with many segments at the longer end.

Which tier should we choose?

Choose Starter to fix one flow such as onboarding, Growth to review the full funnel of a product (the usual fit for Series A–B teams), and Enterprise for several products, platforms or user segments.

Why do prices differ by country?

Each country is placed in one of eight price bands based on purchasing power, local agency rates and what teams there typically pay, so the same audit is fairly priced everywhere. This page shows the price for the country you are browsing from. The price is set by the country where your company is billed.

Do you charge in INR or USD?

Clients in India pay in Indian rupees. Clients in every other country pay in US dollars.

What do you need from us?

A product login or test build, any analytics or funnel data you can share, access to a few users for interviews (or permission to recruit), and one kickoff call to agree scope.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign your NDA before we see your product, data or roadmap.

Is implementation included?

Starter delivers the report and findings call only. Growth adds two weeks of async Q&A support, and Enterprise includes 30 days of implementation support with your team.
