About this skill

About Salary negotiation script

Most people accept the first offer because negotiating feels risky and awkward. This skill turns your offer details and the market data you've found into ask, target and walk-away numbers with the reasoning, a warm and specific script for email or phone, replies to common pushback such as 'that's our budget' and 'what's your current salary', and non-salary items worth negotiating. It never invents competing offers or market data. To use it, paste the skill into your assistant and send the offer details, your current pay, competing offers if any and market data you've found; the reply is laid out as “Numbers: ask / target / walk-away”, “Script” and “Pushback replies”.
