About this skill
About Launch checklist
Launches go wrong over obvious things: support wasn't briefed, tracking wasn't live, the FAQ was empty. This skill builds a checklist across product, engineering, marketing, support, legal and analytics, placed on a timeline from two weeks before launch to a week after. It adds go/no-go criteria, a rollback plan and questions for a review seven days after launch. Assign the owners, share the list and nobody discovers on launch day that their part was assumed. To use it, paste the skill into your assistant and send what you're launching, the date and the teams involved; the reply is laid out as “Checklist by function with owner and due date”, “Go/no-go criteria” and “Rollback plan”.
