Shipping & Delivery Policy
Everything Science of Apps sells is digital. Nothing is shipped: certification plans and add-ons, including Credential Plus, are delivered instantly on the website and by email once your payment is confirmed, wherever you are in the world.
1. Digital delivery only
We sell no physical goods and ship nothing, so there are no shipping charges, couriers, customs duties or delivery addresses. Plans and add-ons are digital and are delivered instantly: once payment is confirmed, they are unlocked for download on the website and we email you a confirmation.
2. What you receive
- Credential Plus: your certificate is redrawn on the page with your percentile badge and the verified seal, its public verification page shows your skill report, and we email you a receipt and the upgraded certificate as a PDF.
- Yearly plans: Credential Plus is applied automatically to every eligible certificate you earn with the same email address until the date on your receipt.
3. Where we deliver
Delivery is online and works worldwide, wherever you can open the website and receive email, except in countries where we do not sell (currently Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Russia and Belarus).
4. If something does not arrive
Check your spam folder for the receipt first. If you have not received access within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us through the contact form with the order ID or the email you paid with, and we will deliver it or, if we cannot, refund you as set out in our refund & cancellation policy.
