Candidates ramble through behavioural interview questions and forget to mention the result. This skill predicts five behavioural questions for your role, maps your experiences to them and writes each answer in Situation, Task, Action, Result form, under 250 words, with the result quantified wherever you provided a number. It adds a 'what I learned' line and the follow-up questions to prepare for. Practise the answers aloud, and they'll come across as your stories rather than a script. To use it, paste the skill into your assistant and send the role, and rough notes on two or three experiences you're proud of; the reply opens with “Likely questions”.
