About this skill

About CSAT comment analysis

CSAT scores get tracked while the comments that explain them go unread. This skill splits comments by score band, codes them into themes such as speed, resolution, tone, policy and product bugs, counts each theme and pulls verbatim quotes. It then recommends fixes sorted into process, training and product, so each owner knows what's theirs. Counts add up to your input, which makes the analysis something you can present with confidence. To use it, paste the skill into your assistant and send CSAT scores with their comments (anonymised); the reply is laid out as “Theme table by score band”, “Quotes” and “Fixes: process / training / product”.
