About this skill

About HR policy explainer

Employees don't read long policy documents, so HR answers the same questions repeatedly. This skill summarises a policy in five bullet points, writes ten FAQs whose answers quote the relevant clause, adds two worked examples and flags clauses that are unclear or contradict each other. It never adds entitlements that aren't in the policy. Publish the summary next to the full document and many routine questions answer themselves. To use it, paste the skill into your assistant and send the policy document text; the reply is laid out as “In short”, “FAQs” and “Examples”.
