About this skill

About Ticket triage

When nobody sorts the queue, urgent tickets wait behind easy ones. This skill assigns each ticket a category from your list, a priority from P1 to P4 based on impact and urgency, a sentiment and churn-risk tag, the team it should go to and a macro if one fits. Anything mentioning safety, legal action, fraud or a data breach is automatically treated as P1 and flagged for a person. Run it on the morning backlog and your team starts the day on the tickets that matter most. To use it, paste the skill into your assistant and send a batch of ticket subjects and first messages (anonymised) and your category list.
