About this skill
About Workshop designer
Workshops often become slide lectures, and nothing changes back on the job. This skill designs a workshop around the behaviour you want to change, with at least half the time spent on practice. You get an agenda with timings and the purpose of each activity, facilitator notes and debrief questions, a materials list and a 30-day follow-up plan. Practice and follow-up are what make training stick — this design builds both in from the start. To use it, paste the skill into your assistant and send the topic, audience, duration, in-person or online, and the behaviour you want to change; the reply is laid out as “Goal”, “Agenda: time, activity, purpose” and “Facilitator notes”.
