About this skill

About Feedback triage

Feature requests arrive from sales, support and app reviews in different forms, with no way to compare them. This skill rewrites each request as the underlying problem, merges duplicates, and counts mentions by customer segment, rating frequency and severity. It recommends which problems to investigate this quarter and which requests to decline, with a reason you can give the customer. Seeing problems instead of solutions often reveals that ten different requests are the same unmet need. To use it, paste the skill into your assistant and send a list of feedback items with source and customer segment if known; the reply opens with “Problem table: problem, mentions, segments, severity, example”.
