About this skill

About EU AI Act risk check

Teams building AI features often don't know whether the EU AI Act treats them as prohibited, high-risk or low-risk. This skill gives a first-pass classification: it checks your system against the prohibited practices and the Annex III high-risk areas such as employment, credit and education, then the transparency duties for chatbots and AI-generated content. It lists the obligations that would apply and the current dates, noting that the timeline has already moved once. Treat it as preparation for legal advice, not a substitute. To use it, paste the skill into your assistant and send what your AI system does, who uses it, where (EU users?) and what decisions it influences.
