About this skill
About Persona from reviews
Personas invented in workshops describe stereotypes, not customers. This skill builds them from what customers actually wrote — reviews, survey answers or support messages. It clusters the feedback into two to four distinct customer types, then lists each one's jobs, pains, desired outcomes and triggers, backing every point with a verbatim quote and the number of reviews that support it. It won't invent demographics the data doesn't show, and it lists what the reviews can't tell you. Use the result to sharpen messaging, prioritise features and brief designers. To use it, paste the skill into your assistant and send 50–200 customer reviews, survey answers or support messages (anonymised).
