About this skill

About Inbox triage

A full inbox hides the five emails that actually need you today. This skill sorts a list of emails into act now, reply today, delegate, read later and ignore, drafts short replies for the ones that need an answer today, suggests who to delegate to and what to say, and lists every deadline it finds. It's especially useful after time away or for executive assistants managing someone else's inbox — just remove anything confidential before pasting. To use it, paste the skill into your assistant and send a list of email senders, subjects and first lines (or pasted emails); the reply is laid out as “Act now”, “Reply today” and “Delegate”.

Inbox triage AI skill for Executive assistant / manager: you paste "30 emails from the last 24 hours" and get "Act now: client asking to confirm contract by 5 pm today."
