About this skill

About OKR writer

OKRs often end up as task lists with no measurable outcome. This skill writes one to three qualitative objectives and three key results for each, every key result with a baseline and a target. It separates initiatives — the work you'll do — from key results — the change you want to see — and flags key results that are activities in disguise. A scoring guide helps you review progress honestly at the end of the quarter. To use it, paste the skill into your assistant and send your team's goals or priorities for the quarter and current baselines; the reply opens with “OKR table: objective, key result, baseline, target”.
