Meetings that end without written decisions lead to forgotten actions and disputes about what was agreed. This skill turns a transcript or rough notes into minutes: a three-line summary for people who weren't there, the decisions made, every action item with an owner and a due date, open questions and the next meeting. Where the notes don't name an owner or a date, it writes 'owner?' or 'date?' instead of assigning one, so gaps get resolved rather than hidden. Send the minutes within the hour and accountability follows.
