This skill lays out a 13-week cash-flow forecast — opening cash, receipts, payments, net flow and closing cash — places each item you give it in the right week and flags weeks where cash falls below your minimum buffer. Committed items are kept separate from estimates. It also gives the spreadsheet formulas to roll the forecast forward each week and suggests actions, such as invoicing early, to fix a low-cash week before it arrives.
