About this skill
About Pipeline review
Forecasts are optimistic when deals sit in stages they haven't earned. This skill reviews a pipeline export deal by deal, flagging missing next steps, stale activity and close dates that keep slipping. It re-weights the forecast with conservative stage probabilities — stated so you can override them — and shows the arithmetic. Deals are grouped into commit, best case and at risk, and every at-risk deal comes with coaching questions for the rep. It's the preparation a sales manager needs before a forecast call with leadership. To use it, paste the skill into your assistant and send a pipeline export (deal, stage, amount, close date, last activity, next step); the reply opens with “Forecast summary”.
