How do I prepare for a Manager job?
Data-driven decision-making means using evidence well, not waiting for perfect data: frame the decision and its options, choose metrics that reflect the goal, weigh evidence and uncertainty, watch for bias, decide at the right speed for how reversible the choice is, and review outcomes. Employers test it in management interviews and case questions. Practise with decision memos on real choices and prove the basics with a verified test. Are these accredited qualifications?
No. They are Science of Apps' own assessments of applied skill. They aren't issued by a university or standards body, and they work best alongside a portfolio that shows the skills in real work.
