A vision-language model is asked to read a blurry, low-resolution scanned invoice. What is the most likely risk?
- It refuses every request involving a document image
- It converts the image to audio before answering
- It can only describe colours, not text
- It misreads or invents numbers, so outputs need verification
Show the answer
D. It misreads or invents numbers, so outputs need verification — Low-quality inputs raise hallucination risk on fine details. The real test has 20 questions like this.
