Try a sample question
A logical data model differs from a physical data model because the logical model
- contains only the business glossary with no relationships
- includes indexes, partitions and storage settings for one database
- defines entities, attributes and relationships without platform-specific details
- is written as executable DDL scripts for the production server
Show the answer
C. defines entities, attributes and relationships without platform-specific details — The physical model adapts the logical one to a platform. The real test has 20 questions like this.

Yes. The Data Modeling Certification is free and covers all of these: 20 scenario questions in 20 minutes, each answer explained with the source it comes from, so it works as interview and exam practice. It isn't a full course, so use the areas you miss as your study list. Scoring 70% or more earns a verifiable certificate.
Can I take the Data Modeling Certification from any country?
