Candidates complete an online pre-course, attend the course, then take a multiple-choice written exam and a hands-on trauma nursing process (TNP) evaluation. Verification lasts four years.

What is the trauma nursing process in TNCC?

A systematic approach: preparation and triage, a primary survey to find and treat life threats, resuscitation adjuncts, a secondary survey (history and head-to-toe), reevaluation and definitive care or transfer.

Is this the official TNCC exam?

No. It is an independent practice test written to the publicly available TNCC content outline for 2026 and 2027, for checking your readiness before you book the real exam. Passing earns a Science of Apps certificate rather than the official credential.

Can I take the TNCC Practice Test (Trauma Nursing) from any country?
